Ballet!

I found some pre-made motion capture files and created this character to go with it.  Bit rough and ready as always, but I can see definite progress with this technique.

Man & boxes

I hand-keyed the biped and added a Reactor simulation to the bricks

Introduced by Lord Winston, the presentation contains a keynote speech, as well as links to PDFs and other assets. I art-directed, built the  3D environments and comped [...]

Carbon Trust animations

Created with Redhouse Lane Communications, these 3D animations formed the core of five case studies for the Carbon Trust.

Flowerbed

Playing around with a flip technique and then building in soil and grass particle systems. I stuck a rainbow in for now; next version will have some sort of flower perhaps.

Flippage

Using an idea from this tutorial, I stitched together a reactor simulation and a vortex . . . blah blah . . . no one reads this anyway

Reactor Soft Body

Having some fun with soft body simulations

Barclaycard Freedom animations

I animated this from storyboards given to me by RAPP (see below). My task was to flesh out the look and feel and set the style of the animations. I also created all the assets. You can see it live here.

Dissolve!

Poor 3D man . . .
